Redman & Gelinas Eye Care is offering a fantastic opportunity for a comprehensive ophthalmologist seeking a high-volume cataract surgery practice to join our dedicated and caring team. Our practice provides surgical and medical ophthalmology, optometry, and optical services to patients throughout northcentral Wisconsin since 1980. Earn far more than the national average while maintaining a wonderful work/life balance.


  • No formal call

  • Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; 4-or-5-day work week negotiable

  • Ophthalmologist will flexibly split their time between surgery and clinic days

  • Each provider is supported by well-trained and experienced techs and scribes

  • In-house optical lab; and retail services at each location

  • State-of-the-art equipment including YAG and SLT lasers, Clarus 500 camera, OCTs, ERG/VEP, Haag Streit slit lamps in all exam rooms, and IPL/RF instrument for MGD/dry eyes and aesthetics

  • Very competitive compensation includes:

    • Guaranteed base salary

    • Production bonus of professional fees collected

    • Percentage of optical fees collected

    • Earnings capability of $600k+ by year 3
