The esteemed Rims & Goggles Opticians is seeking a full-time Optician for our charming boutique in the bustling Presidio Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. We're looking for someone who is personable and upbeat with a keen sense of style and fashion.
Optician Duties & Responsibilities
• Sales: styling customers, guiding in frame selection, lens choices and coatings, frame adjustments. Taking measurements for single vision, bifocal and progressive lenses.
• Dispensing finished pairs of eyeglasses
• Carrying out repairs and adjustments
• Troubleshooting customer issues
• Following-up with customers
• Opening and closing the store
• Daily reporting
• Displaying products and arranging merchandise
• Documenting work records
• Cleaning frames, sweeping and dusting
