About the Practice
Our optometric practice serves the Lawrenceville, Suwanee, and Dacula GA areas. Eye doctors Forster, Miranda and Myers take pride in giving each patient the best in vision care—whether through fitting them with eyeglasses or contact lenses, diagnosing cataracts, glaucoma, or other eye diseases, or recommending LASIK and different eye surgery procedures. We are looking for a full-time front office receptionist / tech for our busy, customer-oriented practice. What You’ll Do:
As receptionist/technician in our practice, your regular duties will include:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitoring patient flow
- Answering telephones and other clerical responsibilities
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Communicating with doctors, staff, and patients
- Diagnostic testing that would include: autorefractor, lensometry, visual field, OCT, tonometry, setting phoropter
What You’ll Need:
- Our ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and dependable!
- Spanish is a bonus!
- At least two professional references.
