To help support business growth, Li and Liao Optometry is looking to add an Associate Optometrist to the team of 30 professionals.
The practice uses state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and vision correction products to diagnose and treat a wide array of ocular conditions. Fully suited with top-of-the-line optical equipment, the team utilizes Marco refraction, Optos, Oculus Meibography, topography, optical coherence tomography, Lumenis IPL, and visual fields technology, and Neurolens tech. Patients enjoy an upscale ambiance while browsing over 1,000 designer frames from the optical boutique—plus, the Opticians work closely with the patients to select proper frames for cosmetic, lifestyle, and vision needs.
About the Full-Time Associate Optometrist Opening
Li and Liao Optometry is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist passionate about serving patients to provide top-quality eye care. You’ll work 32 to 40 hours a week and perform comprehensive patient care to a diverse group of patients of all ages, visual and medical conditions—approximately 14 to 20 comprehensive exams are performed daily. As the practice is fully staffed, Optometric Technicians perform pretesting, and a medical scribe is available to assist during exams, enabling doctors to spend quality time with patients. Li and Liao Optometry is looking for a personable team player who enjoys working alongside other doctors and can build lasting patient relationships to drive business growth. A candidate bilingual in Spanish will be an asset to the team.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, excellent patient communication skills, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety. In addition, the ideal candidate will want to develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors and integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
