What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
- Valid FL state license to practice optometry
- Experience treating glaucoma and diabetic eye disease is not required but a plus!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams on patients
- Reviewing retinal scan images from Optos Monaco - 200 degree images of retina and OCT all in one
- Working with highly skilled Optometric Technicians that perform pretesting and triage
- Prescribe corrective lenses
- Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
- Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress
