About Our Practice
Our office is a multi-specialty comprehensive medical optometry and surgical ophthalmology practice that has proudly served the Kissimmee and Orlando areas for years. As one of Central Florida’s most trusted eye care centers, we’re looking for an experienced and personable Optometrist to join our team and offer our patients the convenience of being treated for all medical cases!
What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
- Valid FL state license to practice optometry
- Availability to work
- Spanish speaking preferable
- Medical clinical background.
- A willingness to be in a fast-paced setting
- An eagerness to always learn and expand your skill set
- Spanish speaking preferable but not required

Exposure: This is an incredible opportunity to train and work with a reputable Ophthalmologist with 30 years of experience. You will be doing pre and post-operative care for cataract, glaucoma, and macular degeneration surgeries, and treating pathology as well as providing comprehensive eye examinations. Our Tech does all of the work up so that you can come in and provide your best care.
Environment: Our fast-paced environment is a great opportunity for ODs to work with a fantastic full-fledged team consisting of a front desk of 8 employees, 15 optometric techs, a call center, a billing department so that they can offer their services to 30-50 patients a day including pre and post operative care. We have every single piece of equipment that you can have to test.
Schedule: Our 8-5 Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends is a great opportunity for a doctor to join a phenomenal practice and still have time to themselves. You would be working 4 days in our Kissimmee location and Wednesday in our Orlando location, only 20 miles away.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, $130-$250K base salary, and a bonus on top of that based on production. Our doctor will receive full benefits after 90 days including:
