Sidney Eye Care Center (Sidney, MT) is seeking an Associate Optometrist who is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve the best quality of life through great vision, and loves taking care of people in a welcoming, down to earth culture. We value positive attitude, strong work ethic and fun spirit, with a love for TEAM and a dislike for drama.

We are a long-standing, fully-booked and growing solo practice in a fully renovated facility. Our patients and team thrive by honoring patient relationships, valuing patient outcomes, and taking a TEAM FIRST approach. We’re a full-scope and fully equipped practice with a diverse and very loyal patient base. We are looking for an associate who wants to be a part of something life changing and is enthusiastic about all aspects of optometry. We also welcome the opportunity to implement and expand any specialties in our clinic.

Nicknamed the “Sunrise City”, Sidney is on the eastern edge of Montana about 10 miles from the North Dakota border. A hub city of northeastern Montana, the surrounding countryside is populated with many farms and cattle ranches, plus oil exploration activity. If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the cities, northeastern Montana might be for you. Sidney is family and kid friendly with strong engagement in a sense of community. The perfect place to raise a family, school age students find high academic success with a myriad of prospects in youth sports, clubs and organization to fit any type of interest. Acre for acre, the abundance of wildlife in the MonDak region is unmatched. Outdoor enthusiasts find plenty of bird and game hunting, fishing, wild bird watching and agate hunting opportunities. River floating along the Yellowstone River’s peaceful buttes makes for an enjoyable summer pastime. Proximity of the North Dakota Badlands allows the leisure for some scenic drives, approximately 100 miles of foot and horse trails, wildlife viewing, and opportunities for back country hiking and camping.

If this sounds like a place your talents could shine and a place you could thrive, we’d love to talk with you! We welcome established colleagues as well as new grads to apply. Training, guidance, and support will be provided as needed so don’t be afraid to fully embrace all aspects of this wonderful profession.
