Exposure
- Do what you love - We are looking for a full-time long-term optometrist eager to practice full-scope optometry. As an OD in our practice, you can anticipate providing primary care, some medical care such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and cataracts prescribing ophthalmic medications, and pre- and post-operative surgical care.
- Start your career - We offer a new grad mentorship program allowing new ODs to begin working before they’re licensed. We offer a tier compensation package wherein they receive 50% of pay prior and then 100% pay after they are licensed and credentialed.
Environment
- A well-equipped office - Our practices are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments such as optical coherence tomography, fundus photography, visual fields, iCare Tonometry, and digital phoropters or are in the process of being updated with these technologies.
Schedule & Benefits
- Schedule - The typical schedule is 9-6 with 1 late night per week.
- Compensation - We offer a competitive salary, as well as a production-based incentive bonus, hourly rate, 1% sales volume, and retinal imaging bonus. Our benefits include:

What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree (or pending)
- Valid state license to practice optometry (or pending)
- We are seeking a team player with excellent clinical skills and attitude who always keeps the patient's best interests in mind. The ability to be flexible to support a fast-paced environment is also essential to this role.
