Full Scope Optometrist - Full-time - Private Practice (Mentorship/Training Available!) - Arlington, TX 76017

Vision Expo is the largest private OD clinic in the region, and we continue to grow and thrive because our practice is built around each doctor having full autonomy–all of the doctors see their own patients and order their own medical tests to manage their patients. We are looking for a Full-Time Optometrist to join the practice and practice to their full potential!
What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
- Valid TX state license to practice optometry
- Our ideal candidate is a medically oriented clinician who will contribute to the sweet and caring atmosphere we create for our patients, as well as engage in the fun and team-oriented spirit we cultivate for our clinicians!

Exposure: You will gain exposure to a wide range of eye care and vision needs in our full-scope practice. Our doctors typically have their schedules split 50/50 between primary care and medical, such as dry eye and specialty medical contact lenses. We encourage our doctors to network within our community and do some in-house office training!
Environment: Our new OD will always have a robust team supporting them every day. They will be working alongside 3 additional ODs as well as a full staff of 15 incredible employees in our 5200 sqft. private practice, and will have a ramp-up period of 4 - 6 weeks to ensure they can acclimate well to our practice and community. Likewise, they will have everything they need to be successful with our 6 fully equipped lanes and state-of-the-art equipment such as:
- OCT
- Optos
- Specular microscope
- Pupil RX Color
- DX
- Kertograph
- Topographer
- External photography
- Visual Field
