About Our Practice

Richmond Optometry is a small thriving practice with a significant impact on the Midlothian community. Our long-standing history and the loyal relationships we have built over the years are the foundation of who we are today. We provide high-quality services such as comprehensive eye exams, vision tests, eye disease diagnosis and management, and eye care emergencies to patients of all ages. We have a fantastic referral base that allows us to collaborate with specialists for treatments of glaucoma and retinal disease. As a team, we work together to improve the quality of life of people through enhanced vision.

As our new optometrist, you will be working alongside opticians, technicians, and supporting staff members. The technicians handle pre-testing, and the opticians handle sales and frame selections, which enable our optometrists to focus entirely on what they love doing the most, patient care. Our office has two exam lanes fully equipped with the latest technology, such as:

  • Humphrey Visual Fields
  • Autorefractor
  • Keratometer
  • Lensometer

Midlothian is a town full of rich history and southern charm. The city is known for being one of the region’s fastest-growing communities. The mountains, DC, and Virginia Beach are only a short 2-hour drive away, making it easy for a weekend getaway. The suburban feel and the close-knit community are one of the many reasons why young professionals and families are proud to call this city their home.
