An established OD/MD group serving the Kansas community for over 100 years is seeking a Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join its growing team. With more than 35 optometrists and 5 ophthalmologists across 18 locations, this respected practice attracts patients from throughout the region — including those who travel several hours for care.
Over the past four years, the practice has experienced significant growth, highlighted by the opening of a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC). The ASC features six fully equipped operating rooms, advanced technology, and a highly trained surgical team dedicated to physician success. A partnership track is available.
This opportunity arises as the current retina surgeon prepares for retirement, offering immediate access to a strong referral base and established surgical volume. A dedicated on-site physician liaison supports new providers with community integration and relationship-building to ensure a smooth transition.
