A highly respected, physician-led ophthalmology group in Massachusetts is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist or Cornea/Cataract Specialist to join its growing team in Springfield, MA.

This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a busy, established patient base with immediate clinical and surgical volume due to the upcoming retirement of a long-tenured physician. What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care to a diverse patient population
  • Perform cataract and corneal surgical evaluations and procedures
  • Diagnose and manage ocular disease
  • Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and support staff
  • Build long-term patient relationships within a growing regional practice

What We’re Looking For

  • MD or DO degree with completion of Ophthalmology residency
  • Fellowship training in Cornea welcomed but not required (depending on experience)
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Strong surgical and clinical skills
  • Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset
