Opportunity Highlights
• Large retina group of 8 surgeons who have trained at prestigious programs that value teamwork and collaboration.
• RCN has their own ASC.
• Outpatient only retina practice with large built in referral base.
• Patients per Day: 40-55.
• SX Cases per Week: 4-5 (depending on speed of physician).
• Call: Rotated evenly, not by seniority. You'll have a trained staff member tied to your call responsibilities who build out your next day schedule. During call weeks, you will have less clinic days.
• Access to 4 other large, multispecialty ophthalmology groups in the market for referrals.
