This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a busy, established patient base with immediate clinical and surgical volume. Whether you are an experienced surgeon or a recent residency/fellowship graduate, this role offers mentorship, strong earning potential, and a clear path toward long-term partnership and leadership opportunities.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Immediate Patient Volume & Surgical Opportunity

Walk into a thriving practice with established referral patterns, strong community demand, and immediate access to a robust surgical schedule.

Physician-Led & Collaborative Culture

Join a highly collaborative MD/OD practice model designed to support physician success while minimizing administrative burdens. Physicians benefit from a patient-centered environment where quality care and teamwork are top priorities.

You’ll have access to:

  • Dedicated technicians and scribes
  • Efficient clinical workflows

  • Mentorship from experienced surgeons

Advanced Surgical & Refractive Exposure

This practice is known for clinical excellence in cataract and refractive surgery, offering exposure to:

  • High-volume cataract surgery
  • Significant LASIK volume
  • Advanced refractive care
  • Collaborative surgical planning and co-management

Providers also benefit from access to an on-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC), allowing for streamlined surgical care and efficiency.

Mentorship & Leadership Growth

Mentorship is readily available for newer surgeons, making this an excellent opportunity to transition confidently into practice while building surgical volume quickly.

For experienced physicians, the group also offers opportunities to step into clinical leadership roles within the practice and broader state ophthalmology community.

Clinical Autonomy

Enjoy the freedom to practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that values your expertise and professional growth.

Long-Term Career Potential

Opportunities for equity partnership may be available within the first few years, along with involvement in leadership initiatives, practice growth, and clinical development.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care to a diverse patient population
  • Perform cataract evaluations and surgery
  • Diagnose and manage ocular disease
  • Collaborate with MDs, ODs, and experienced support staff
  • Build long-term patient relationships within a growing regional practice

Fellowship-trained specialists are encouraged to apply, and the practice is open to a variety of subspecialty interests.

  • Fellowship training welcomed but not required
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient-centered care

Both experienced ophthalmologists and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
