A highly respected, physician-led ophthalmology group in New York is seeking a Surgical Retina Specialist to join its expanding team across Suffolk County, Long Island.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, established referral network with immediate patient demand and strong long-term growth potential. Due to continued expansion and increasing patient volume, the practice is actively seeking an additional Retina Specialist to support its growing multi-specialty ophthalmology services.

Whether you are an experienced Retina Surgeon or a current fellow preparing to enter practice, this role offers mentorship, clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and a clear path toward long-term partnership within a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical and surgical retinal conditions
  • Perform retinal procedures and surgeries
  • Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and experienced support staff
  • Build long-term patient relationships within a large established referral network
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered retina care across multiple office locations

What We’re Looking For

  • MD or DO degree with completion of Ophthalmology residency
  • Fellowship training in Retina required
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
