About the Position
We’re seeking an experienced, customer-focused Optician to help patients find the right eyewear and contact lens solutions while supporting daily practice operations. Full-time preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered. Training is available for practice-specific procedures.

What You’ll Do
- Fit, adjust, and troubleshoot glasses.
- Review vision benefits and recommend eyewear options.
- Order contact lenses and provide contact lens training.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Submit insurance claims and support daily operations.
What You’ll Need
- Previous optical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of eyewear fitting and vision insurance is a plus.
- Strong customer service, sales, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a growing practice.
You’ll Work Closely With
Our optometrists and clinical team to deliver a seamless, personalized patient experience across optical and medical eye care services.
Compensation and Benefits
- $20–$25/hour, based on experience
- Full-time benefits, including PTO, health insurance, and 401(k)
