What You’ll Do:
As an optician in our practice, your regular duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Fitting patient glasses
- Helping patients select glasses
- Procurement from Vendors
- Looking up insurance as needed
- Helping with contact lens insertion and removal as needed
- Basic customer care
- Patient follow up
What You’ll Need:
- A friendly personality, great customer service skills, and a work ethic that centers on honesty, being self-motivated, and kindness
- Team player mentality with a strong work ethic and multitasking skills
- Vision Insurance, optometry, and medical knowledge are a plus!
- Training provided - knowledge of specialty contacts a plus!
