About the Practice
Our optometric practice serves the Lawrenceville, Suwanee, and Dacula GA areas. Eye doctors Myers and Tompkins take pride in giving each patient the best in vision care—whether through fitting them with eyeglasses or contact lenses, diagnosing cataracts, glaucoma, or other eye diseases, or recommending LASIK and different eye surgery procedures. What You’ll Do:
As a technician in our practice, your regular duties will include:
- Prepare patients to see the doctor
- Case history, pupils, EOM’s, confrontation fields, visual acuity
- Diagnostic testing that would include: autorefractor, lensometry, visual field, OCT, tonometry, setting the phoropter
- Monitoring patient flow
- Communicating patient needs with doctors and staff
- Placing contact lens orders and communicating with patients regarding their orders
- Scheduling appointments for contact lens checks
- Provide excellent customer service
What You’ll Need:
- Our ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and dependable!
- Spanish is a bonus!
- At least two professional references.
