Prairie View Eyecare is looking for a friendly, high-energy person to join our team. We aren’t just looking for a medical technician; we are looking for a patient experience creator. You will handle everything from the medical side (checking vision) to the fashion side (helping patients choose the perfect frames).
No medical or eye care experience? No problem! If you have a background in retail, serving, or customer service, you already have the hardest skills to learn. We will train you on the rest!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- The Clinical Side: You will act as the doctor’s right hand. You’ll use state-of-the-art technology to check patients' vision, eye pressure, and peripheral vision before they see the doctor.
- The Optical Side: You will act as a "Frame Stylist." You’ll help patients select glasses that fit their face shape and personal style, and educate them on the best lens options for their lifestyle.
- The Patient Experience: You are the face of our practice! Whether you are teaching a new wearer how to use contact lenses or helping someone check out, you make our patients feel at home.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality is preferred.
- Previous Optical/Medical experience is a bonus, but NOT required.
- Reliability and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.
