Optometrist - Full-time/Part-Time w/ No Weekends! - Medically-Oriented Private Practice - Lake Havasu City, AZ

Our full scope private practice is looking for a new OD to offer our brand of family and people-center care. The four doctors and 26 team members at our practice embody our core values daily - drama free, positive can-do attitude, pride of workplace, professional, and have fun. What You’ll Need:
We are currently looking for a FT or PT or seasonal associate, to provide patient care up to 36 hours a week. We practice full scope medical optometry and see patients of all ages. Our ideal OD will have:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
- Valid AZ state license to practice optometry (or pending)
- Availability to work
- Commitment to quality customer service
- A team-player attitude, and the ability and willingness to develop rapport with all patients and colleagues
- Professional and hardworking workplace behavior

Exposure: You will gain exposure to a wide range of eye care and vision needs in our full-scope practice with an emphasis on medical optometry. We have a wide patient demographic, with about 40% under the age of 50 and 60% over the age of 50, so you’ll be treating patients at every stage of life and plenty of families. Environment: Our office is set up for an OD’s success. You’ll be working alongside one of the other four doctors currently on staff, and we have a tech who does patient pretesting, as well as a scribe to handle data entry after you get up to speed and finish training at the office. Our clinic has nine exam lanes, three pre-test rooms, three special test rooms and a 1000 square foot optical--we also have incredible equipment to ensure that you can practice to the fullest extent, including:
- Optos
- OCT
- Humphrey field analyzer
- Diopsys
- Lipoflow
- Macular pigment testing
- Dry Eye Spa with TempSure Envi Radio Frequency
Schedule: We value work-life balance - no weekends! Our new OD will work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. We schedule two patients an hour for our doctors, with the flexibility to see more if you are interested!
