Eye Consultants and Surgeons of Arizona is an exciting new ophthalmology and optometry specialty eye care practice in the heart of Tempe, Arizona. We are looking for an optometrist to join our medical staff. Dr. Jon Konti has recently established Eye Consultants and Surgeons of Arizona with the commitment to building a practice providing the highest quality of specialty eye care that is centered on our patients and their care experience. Dr. Konti is looking for an optometrist, who will join him as both a partner in care and a business partner in our optical shop.
Dr. Konti has a 15-year track record providing exceptional surgical care for his patients throughout the East Valley. He has successfully collaborated with internal optometrists for many years throughout his time in the Valley. Dr. Konti knows how to create a challenging and rewarding work environment for optometrists working with him.
Dr. Konti’s future optometrist partner will be handling annual eye exams, medical eye exams, and post-operative visits. Dr. Konti and our optometrist will work together to build strong working relationships with referrals from our local optometrists, primary care physicians, and ER doctors.
We are looking for an experienced optometrist, who is interested in playing a very active leadership role in creating our operational processes and care culture. This needs to be a doctor with strong interest in eye disease management care, but who also enjoys building long term relationships with patients coming in for routine eye exams. Our patients will be served best if we add an optometrist with multiple years of practice experience. So our preference is to find a doctor who has been in practice for three or more years.
Eye Consultants and Surgeons of Arizona offers a competitive salary and benefit package for all our doctors and staff. The listed salary range is base salary, and there will be an incentive program.
