Optometrist - Full-Time - Private Practice - Springdale, AR- No Weekends! 

*New grads and experienced doctors are encouraged to apply!

Our private practice is seeking a warm, personable Optometrist who values patient education and delivers compassionate, attentive care at every visit. The ideal candidate is confident practicing full-scope optometry—including disease management, contact lenses, dry eye treatment, and myopia management—and remains open to learning, new technologies, and evolving best practices. Most importantly, we’re looking for a doctor who is committed to exceptional, high-touch patient care.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday only — no weekends
     
  • Short day Fridays (9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
     
  • Competitive salary + production
     

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive eye exams with ample time for patient interaction
     
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic technology to support clinical decision-making
     
  • Manage a wide range of ocular conditions
     
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team focused on high-quality outcomes
     
  • Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships

What You’ll Need:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending) 
  • An Optometry License in the state you will be practicing (or pending)
