Part-Time Optometrist – Arroyo Grande, CA
We are a friendly, patient-focused optometry practice located adjacent to a busy Walmart in Arroyo Grande, CA, seeking a part-time Optometrist to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for a doctor looking for flexibility, steady patient flow, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Details:
- Part-time: 2–3 days per week
- Flexible scheduling – choose the days that work best for you
- Compensation: $550 per diem
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams
- Conduct follow-up visits and manage ongoing care
- Complete accurate and timely chart documentation
- Coordinate referrals as needed
- Provide occasional post-operative care
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active California optometry license (required)
- Current malpractice insurance
