For 35+ years, Elements Optometry PC has preserved and enhanced the vision of our community. Every one of our skilled team members takes pride in providing attentive, quality eye care. About the Optometrist Position
Our new Optometrist will be an integral and welcome addition to our team and family! A passion for eyecare and a commitment to delivering an incredible patient experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who can see patients once per week on Monday to start.

What You’ll Need:
Our loyal and incredible patient base has been gained exclusively through community word-of-mouth, so we need a doctor who has:
A Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
A Valid CA state license to practice optometry
The ability to connect with patients and deliver stellar exams and establish trust quickly
Take time to show patients’ prescription changes and prescribe to lifestyle visual needs
A personable, dynamic, and adaptable personality who works well independently and with others
Ability to communicate with staff to ensure efficient patient flow & smooth patient handoffs
A long-term interest in growing their career and the practice
Is familiar with Eyefinity EHR - preferred but not required
5 years of private practice experience–preferred but not required
Currently residing within commuting distance

Dry Eye Specialty treatment such as: IPL/RF, Tear Care, Scleral Lenses, BLEPHEX, Punctal Plugs, Amniotic membranes
Myopia Control Treatment: Atropine, Ortho-K lenses, MySight Lenses
