Woodbridge Optometry and OC Eye Designs Optometry are established, privately owned practices serving Orange County for over 40 years. We are seeking a personable, clinically strong Optometrist to join our collaborative doctor team in modern boutique offices equipped with advanced technology.

👩⚕️ Position Overview
Practice comprehensive medical optometry including:
• Primary eye care for all ages
• Ocular disease management (glaucoma, diabetic eye care, etc.)
• Dry eye evaluation and treatment, including IPL
• Myopia control management
• Soft and specialty contact lenses
• Pre- and post-operative care
• Patient education and counseling
You will have the freedom to practice according to your clinical judgment without production pressure.
👁️ Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease
• Evaluate and treat dry eye disease
• Provide myopia control consultations and management
• Fit contact lenses
• Maintain accurate electronic health records
• Collaborate with staff to deliver excellent patient care
🎓 Qualifications
• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Active California optometry license
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented approach
New graduates and experienced Optometrists are welcome to apply.
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in dry eye management
• Familiarity with IPL or advanced dry eye therapies
• Experience with myopia control strategies
• Specialty contact lens experience
💰 Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)
• Competitive guaranteed base salary $140,000 – $180,000 per year
