What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive eye examinations with a strong emphasis on medical eye care
- Diagnose and manage dry eye disease using advanced technology such as IPL and RF
- Educate patients clearly and confidently on findings, treatment plans, and long-term eye health
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver a seamless, high-touch patient experience
- Contribute to a culture that values detail, professionalism, and elevated care
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree, licensed to practice
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Interest in dry eye therapy and medical optometry
- Appreciation for quality eyewear and patient-centered care
- Detail-oriented, professional, and team-minded
