Optometrist – Corporate Practice - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Sacramento, CA

This position rotates between three Sacramento-area clinics:
- Roseville 95678
- Fair Oaks 95628
- Delta Shores 95832
Schedule & Role Structure
- Full-time position available immediately
- Rotating coverage across three clinics
- Three Saturdays per month required as part of the regular schedule
Part-time options available (local or traveling ODs)
Patient Care & Volume
- 13–14 patients per day
- Comprehensive eye exams, refractions, and soft contact lens fittings
- Opportunities to manage medical eye conditions in addition to routine care
- Ideal for ODs seeking a steady pace with clinical variety
Technology & Equipment
The clinics are fully equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, including:
- Optos imaging
- Modern exam lanes and diagnostic tools
- You’ll have flexibility to focus on medical management, primary care, or specialty interests based on your experience and preferences.

Compensation Options - Full-Time
Expected annual compensation: $160,000–$185,000 + benefits
Option 1:
- $185,000 total compensation
- Includes $20,000 student loan payment
- 3-year contract
Option 2:
- $160,000 base salary + benefits
- Annual performance bonus: $5,000–$10,000 (increases yearly)
- Retention Bonus: $3,000–$20,000 (based on contract length)
- Part-Time
- Local ODs: $600–$800 per diem
- Traveling ODs: $600 per diem + complimentary hotel accommodations
Benefits (Full-Time)
- 401(k) with 3% employer match after 1 year
- PPO health insurance
- PTO & Vacation:
- Year 1: 1 week
- Years 2–3: 2 weeks
- Year 4+: 3 weeks
- Includes sick time and paid holidays
- $2,000 annually toward liability insurance and continuing education (CE)

Active California Optometry License (required)
