Roseville and Loomis, CA - Associate Optometrist - Costco
We are looking for a part-time (2-3 days/week) Associate Optometrist to join our team in Roseville, CA and/or Loomis, CA (Northeast of Sacramento). We utilize state of the art technology, including Optomap, NCT, Marco digital refracting system, easy-to-use electronic records and excellent staff to pre-test, perform contact lens training and support our doctors. We offer a flexible schedule (half days available) and the ability to practice full scope optometry.
Compensation: Base pay plus production bonus

Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams
- Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
- Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
- Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis/treatment plans
Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- Valid state license to practice optometry
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
- Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiar or willing to learn RT6100, analysis of Optomap images, and contact lens fittings
