Each of our locations features a one-hour service laboratory and an onsite doctor’s office for comprehensive eye exams. The Santa Barbara doctor location is a long time existing and very successful practice.
Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Optometrist (OD) to join our thriving private practice in Santa Barbara. As a key member of our team, you will benefit from a supportive environment with state-of-the-art facilities, fully equipped exam rooms, marketing support, and more—all provided at no cost to you.
Optometrist Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages.
- Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Provide expert advice on eye care and visual health.
Optometrist Benefits:
- PT daily rate will earn $1,000-1,500/Day.
- FT annual net income is $200,000 and up for services, not including CL sales. The minimum FT annual income is contractually guaranteed a minimum of $170,000, plus CL sales.
- Flexible scheduling options: part-time or full-time based on your preference and availability. Hours are 9-5:30 M-F, weekends off.
- FT hire will receive $5,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance.

Optometrist Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited school of optometry.
- Current state license to practice optometry.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own practice.
