 What You’ll Do: 

As an Optometrist, you’ll work in a supportive and team-oriented environment, providing exceptional care to a diverse patient base. You will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and implement treatment plans. Our ideal candidate will have experience with scleral lens fittings, keratoconus, glaucoma management, and dry eye treatments. You’ll have access to state-of-the-art equipment and play a key role in patient education and the intofferingroduction of new services, including a planned dry eye lab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages.
  • Manage a diverse range of ocular conditions, including myopia, glaucoma, keratoconus, and dry eye.
  • Fit specialty lenses, including scleral lenses.
  • Provide patient education on eye health, treatment options, and preventative care.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to enhance patient care, including OCT, imaging systems, and automated refraction.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice, with potential for future ownership.


What You’ll Need: 

  • Experienced Professional: A licensed Optometrist with myopia management experience, glaucoma certification, and a strong background in specialty contact lenses (e.g., scleral lenses).
  • Dry Eye Expertise: Experience or knowledge in dry-eye treatment modalities such as IPL and LLLT is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A business-minded individual interested in growing and investing in their future, interested in practice ownership.
  • Patient-Centered: A compassionate provider who enjoys working with a diverse patient population and upholding the practice’s tradition of excellent care.
  • Spanish Fluency (Preferred): Ability to conduct exams in Spanish 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Active Optometry license in the state of California.
  • Experience with myopia management and glaucoma certification.
  • Proficient in scleral lens fittings.
  • Knowledge of dry eye treatments, including IPL and LLLT.
  • Comfortable working with specialty contact lenses.
