Optometrist - Temporary Full Time open to Part time - Vacaville, CA
About the Practice:
We are located in South Vacaville at 2581 Nut Tree Road Suite C, across from Arco and Cambridge Elementary School. Comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting, glasses/frames, safety glasses and contact lenses are available. We offer personalized care in a clean and friendly environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough eye exams to evaluate vision and eye health
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids
- Educate patients on proper eye care and preventive measures
Utilize cutting-edge technology and equipment, including:
- Topography
- Olleyes Visual Field
- OPTOS Retinal Imaging
- Autorefractor/Keratometry
What You’ll Need:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active state optometry license
- Strong understanding of ocular physiology and vital signs
- Familiarity with optical products and services
- Ability to recommend premium products to all patients

- Doctors on average see 14 patients a day.
- An hour lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Per diem is $650 per day.
- All pretesting and contact lens training is done by staff.
