Colorado Eye Institute is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our established and growing practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

We are an independent, physician-led practice—not private equity—with a collaborative team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, technicians, and support staff. We are looking for an OD who wants to provide exceptional patient care while building a rewarding long-term career.

The Opportunity

Our optometrists care for an established and diverse patient population while working closely with our ophthalmologists and clinical team.

The position includes:

• Comprehensive eye care
• Medical optometry and ocular disease management
• Cataract and refractive surgery co-management
• Glaucoma management
• Pre- and postoperative care
• Urgent eye care

We value clinical autonomy and can tailor aspects of the position around the interests and strengths of the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000–$180,000+ annual compensation, based on experience and productivity
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
