Join Our Optometry Team in Colorado

We're looking for a Full-Time Optometrist to join our practices in rural Colorado. We’re a group of independent locations owned by doctors, not corporations, so you’ll have the freedom to practice the way you see fit. Here’s what you can expect:

Why You Might Be Interested:

  • Autonomy: We give you the space to practice optometry the way you believe it should be done. Whether it's primary care, medical optometry, or something more specialized, you’ll have the support to make it happen.

  • Supportive Environment: We have a great team of experienced doctors and staff. Scribes are trained in both locations.  They take care of all the admin stuff so you can focus on your patients.

  • Best Equipment: You’ll have access to top-notch equipment like Optos Widefields in every location,  Marco Auto-Phoropters, Nidek Autorefractors, OCTs, and more. Also, the offices are both newly remodeled.

  • Rural Living: If you're looking for a slower pace and lower cost of living, our locations offer that. We’re in rural Colorado, but not too far from the mountains, so there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

  • Stable Patient Base: We have a loyal patient community that’s been coming to us for years. It’s a great place to build long-term relationships and really make a difference.

  • Mentorship: You’ll be joining a team of five other optometrists who are always willing to share their knowledge and experience.

  • Work-Life Balance: We work regular hours, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. We value your time outside of work as much as your time in the office.

  • Community Impact: Your work will be meaningful. You’ll be providing essential care to people who need it.

Benefits:

  • 401K With Employer Match
  • Paid Health Insurance
  • Yearly CE Coverage
  • Malpractice
  • PTO/Vacation
  • Paid Holidays
  • Sick Leave
  • Cover all National & State License & Membership Fees

What You’ll Need:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
  • Obtain an Active Optometry License in CO (Online Exam)
