Optometrist - Full-Time/Part-Time
Eye’s inc. is looking to add a medically oriented optometrist to join our private, boutique practice. The ideal candidate would be someone who desires to practice at the full level of his/her training and is wanting to help grow a private practice. There is potential opportunity for partnership and eventual ownership. New grads are welcome to apply.
Eyes inc. opened its doors in 2018. We practice full scope optometry and serve a 60+ demographic. We have hopes of expansion in the near future and are looking for a self-driven optometrist to join us on this endeavor.
Here’s a summary of what we have to offer:
1. Culture – Friendly & team-oriented. Outstanding customer service is our main goal. We have a belief that if we take care of our patients, they will take care of us.
2. Work/Life Balance – We believe in a positive, efficient, and focused environment. We are open to part-time and full-time candidates. Normal business hours are 8-5. No evenings or weekends.
3. Exams – Moderate pace with well-trained support staff. Expectations of seeing 12-14 comprehensive exams a day with office visits in between.
4. Environment – The Delmarva (DE, MD, VA) peninsula is a great place for water enthusiasts and a short drive to Washington DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and New York City. The office is approximately 15 miles from both Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach.
5. Compensation - $550-600/day + benefits (retirement plan, healthcare, DOA/AOA dues, licensing fees, vacation, etc.)
What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- Valid state license to practice optometry
