With 10 locations, an in-house surgical center, and access to a wide range of subspecialties—including Neuro-Ophthalmology—our practice offers a unique opportunity for an optometrist looking to practice full-scope optometry while working alongside experienced physicians and support staff.
We are seeking an Optometrist to join our Clermont location. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive eye care to a diverse patient population while practicing in a collaborative environment alongside an MD.

Doctors typically see approximately 26 patients per day, averaging three patients per hour, allowing for efficient patient flow while maintaining quality care.

Benefits
Competitive compensation package:
$135K standard base for 5 days plus 30% of collections with annual bonus payout of earned difference
10% commission on optical sales associated with the doctor
5% commission on dry eye product sales associated with the doctor

Typical full-time schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
No evenings or weekends.
What You'll Need:
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
Florida Optometry License (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
