With 10 locations, an in-house surgical center, and access to a wide range of subspecialties—including Neuro-Ophthalmology—our practice offers an outstanding opportunity for an optometrist seeking a collaborative, medically focused environment.
We are seeking an Optometrist to join our Orange City location. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an MD while providing comprehensive vision and medical eye care to a well-established patient base. Additional full-time opportunities may include select days in our Altamonte Springs location.

Doctors typically see approximately 26 patients per day, averaging three patients per hour. The patient population at this location is primarily adults and seniors, creating excellent opportunities for managing ocular disease and age-related eye conditions.

Benefits
Competitive compensation package:
$135K standard base for 5 days plus 30% of collections with annual bonus payout of earned difference
10% commission on optical sales associated with the doctor
5% commission on dry eye product sales associated with the doctor

Typical full-time schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-time opportunities may include coverage at our Altamonte Springs location 1 or 2 days out of the week.
What You'll Need:
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
Florida Optometry License (or ability to obtain)
