The Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to join a modern, patient-focused practice serving a vibrant and affluent coastal population. This position offers the ability to practice full-scope optometry in a supportive environment while enjoying an exceptional quality of life.
Position Highlights

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an optometrist who enjoys practicing full-scope medical optometry and values providing thoughtful, relationship-driven care. This position is ideal for a doctor who wants to practice true primary eye care with a strong medical emphasis rather than a high-volume retail environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy diagnosing and managing ocular disease, including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration
- Have an interest in dry eye management and ocular surface disease
- Be comfortable seeing urgent eye care visits and referrals
- Enjoy working with families and pediatric patients
- Be motivated to develop expertise in specialty contact lenses and complex fittings
- Appreciate practicing in a private, concierge-level setting where quality of care is prioritized over volume
