Optics Soho, a Sight360 company, is nestled in the Winthrop area. It was founded in 1997 and has been serving patients in Riverview for over 20 years. Our optometry team consists of experienced and dedicated professionals who are committed to meeting the individual vision care needs of every patient.
This is a full-time opportunity based on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday schedule. The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.
As an Optometrist, you will combine your training, expertise, experience and compassion to examine and evaluate the health and vision of our patients. When needed, you will prescribe medical therapy, spectacles, contact lenses or other corrective measures – or refer to a partner Ophthalmologist who can co-manage your patients’ care.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:· Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for patients· Counsel patients regarding their eye health and related vision needs· Conduct contact lens fittings· Support initiatives and practices that provide patients with desired services and experiences that grow the patient base· Deliver exceptional service and care· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and time management capabilities· Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to exceed patient expectations· Contributes to a professional team environment with all staff members· Upholds our vision, mission and values in all interactions.
Qualifications:· Florida Optometry License (Required)
