With 10 locations, an in-house surgical center, and access to a wide range of subspecialties—including Neuro-Ophthalmology—our practice offers a unique opportunity for an optometrist looking to practice full-scope optometry in one of Central Florida’s most desirable communities.
We are seeking an Optometrist to join our Windermere location. This position is ideal for a doctor looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide primary eye care to a diverse patient population. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including candidates interested in working as little as one day per week.

Doctors typically see approximately 26 patients per day, averaging three patients per hour. The Windermere location serves a broad patient demographic ranging from children and young professionals to seniors, providing a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.

Benefits
Competitive compensation package:
$135K standard base for 5 days plus 30% of collections with annual bonus payout of earned difference
10% commission on optical sales associated with the doctor
5% commission on dry eye product sales associated with the doctor

Typical full-time schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Some providers may have to go 1 day a week in a nearby location in Ocoee (1 mile away) based on scheduling needs and preferences.
What You'll Need:
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
Florida Optometry License (or ability to obtain)
