Join Our Growing OD/MD Team in Southern Indiana
The Eye Center of Southern Indiana is seeking a full-time consultative Optometrist to join our collaborative and highly respected OD/MD team.
This is an exciting opportunity to practice at the full scope of your training within a busy secondary referral center and work directly alongside experienced ophthalmic surgeons. You’ll play an integral role in our high-volume surgical and medical eye care practice while managing a diverse range of complex ocular conditions.
What You'll Do
- Lead comprehensive pre-operative cataract evaluations and provide premium IOL counseling
- Manage post-operative care across a high-volume surgical program
- Evaluate and provide ongoing management for glaucoma and other ocular diseases
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of retinal, oculoplastic, anterior segment, and other ophthalmic conditions
- Provide consultations and collaborative support for our network of referring optometrists

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starting at $160,000, commensurate with experience, plus a production-based bonus structure
