Optometrist - Full-time - Medically-Oriented Private Practice - Hays, KS

Our highly medical, patient-centric office in beautiful Hays, KS is hiring a Full-Time Optometrist to join the practice! As we continue to grow thanks to our loyal patient base, we’re adding more team members who are passionate about providing the kind of quality care that we’re well known for!

What You’ll Need:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
  • Valid KS state license to practice optometry (or pending)
  • Ocular diseases background is a plus!
  • A patient-centered, friendly, relatable, and reliable work ethic

Exposure: You will gain exposure to a wide range of eye care and vision needs in our full-scope practice with an emphasis on medical optometry, vision therapy, and low vision rehabilitation! You will have everything you need to be successful with our state-of-the-art technology including an OCT, VF, Optos, and autorefractor.

Environment: Each member of our vision care team is selected by our lead doctor based upon their experience, professional demeanor, and dedication to providing personalized care to our optometry patients, so you know you’ll always have the support of the best of the best! We take pride in our personalized care and strive to spend the necessary time with each patient to ensure a comfortable experience. 

Schedule: We value work-life balance - so our staff doesn’t work weekends! Our new doctor will work Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday 8 AM to 12 PM. As we value work-life balance and quality, we only schedule 10 to 15 patients a day for our doctors!

Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, as well as health insurance, malpractice, CE, and 401K with matching.
