About the Practice:
Our practice specializes in full-scope optometry and vision management. A current Optometrist is retiring, and we are looking to bring on a PT/FT Optometrist to partner with the practice. This practice has been serving the community for over 35 years, with a strong patient base serving Worcester County in MA and Windham County in CT. Our practice is dedicated to providing the community with excellent ocular medical care to our patients. Our patient base has been recently expanding due to recent Optometry closures, and as a result we are looking to expand to multiple exam lanes to accommodate the growing patient need in the area.
Physical location expansion in the process - with expanded exam lanes and practice process potential.
This is a great practice for any Optometrist who is looking to serve our local community and to partner with an established business with extensive Good Will and population base and wants to continue with the business growth.
About the Optometrist Position:
We are looking for a PT/FT Partner for this OD practice. We have been in business for 35+ years, and look to continue the great patient care that has always been performed to our patients.
As an optometrist in our practice, you will be expected to:
- Perform Comprehensive Eye Exams.
- Diagnose and assist in the treatment of Ocular Disease.
- Prescribe Correct Lenses.
- Build strong Doctor-patient Relationships.
- Handle Eyecare Emergencies.
- Help manage Back-end Practice Procedures, Payroll, Employees, etc.
Compensation and On-boarding package:

- Potential for growth as our collective practice expands.
