Additionally, there is an opportunity for our doctors to engage in post-operative care for cataract patients if they wish to do so. Our standard schedule involves our doctors working full time, four days a week. During these days, each examination is carefully spaced, with a 30-minute interval between appointments. This intentional scheduling allows our doctors to dedicate ample, unhurried time to each patient, ensuring a high-quality and thorough experience without the pressure of feeling rushed.
Who we Are:
We are a practice experiencing rapid growth and maintaining a close collaboration with the local Mayo Clinic to deliver optimal eye care for our diverse patient base. By joining our clinic, doctors have the opportunity to engage in full-scope optometry, adhering to current Minnesota Laws. Our practice strikes a harmonious balance between medical and routine eye exams.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, including OCTs and Optomap, we ensure our doctors have access to the latest tools for comprehensive patient care. What we are looking for:
We are in search of an Optometrist who aligns with our unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality of care and is eager to become a long-term member of our dedicated team. This position offers flexibility, accommodating both part-time and full-time schedules. New graduates are enthusiastically welcomed!
For a full-time role, the preferred schedule is four days a week, specifically Tuesday through Friday. However, we are open to considering part-time positions to suit individual preferences. We are committed to ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all new graduates, providing thorough credentialing and training opportunities.
