Your next practice opportunity could be four days a week. Or a few days that fit your calendar.
Success Vision is seeking Missouri-licensed optometrists for a full-time role working across our Maplewood and Chesterfield offices, as well as fill-in opportunities at either location. Both offices serve the St. Louis area. Whether you’re exploring a new associate role or looking to add occasional days, we’d like to hear what works for you.
FULL-TIME ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY | MAPLEWOOD & CHESTERFIELD
Join two established offices with existing patient bases and a focus on full-scope optometry, including comprehensive exams and medical eye care.
This position requires working at both Maplewood and Chesterfield, with scheduled days at each office based on coverage needs. Candidates must be comfortable floating between the two locations.
Our preferred schedule is four days per week, ideally including two Saturdays per month. We have flexibility and can discuss five days if that better fits your goals.
We’re open to either W-2 employment or a 1099 contractor arrangement. We’ll discuss compensation, scheduling, and the balance of days between offices together so you can evaluate an offer that fits your needs.
FILL-IN OPPORTUNITIES | MAPLEWOOD & CHESTERFIELD
Interested in occasional coverage without committing to a recurring schedule? You can accept available dates at either office that work for you and decline those that don’t.
Compensation is a $600 daily minimum or 25% of the net service revenue you generate, whichever is greater, calculated across each pay period. Fill-in opportunities are structured as 1099 contractor arrangements.
Our immediate coverage needs are:
• Maplewood: Monday, October 26, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Chesterfield: Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If those dates don’t work, we’d still welcome a conversation about future coverage.
CARE THAT GOES BEYOND THE PRESCRIPTION
Provide comprehensive eye examinations, evaluate and manage ocular disease within your scope of practice, and help patients understand their eye health. Work with the office team to coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and a positive patient experience.
We value doctors who communicate clearly, enjoy learning, and approach patient care with thoroughness and compassion.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Active Missouri optometry license by the start of work.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to quality patient care.
• For the full-time role, willingness to work at both Maplewood and Chesterfield.
LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT FITS
Tell us whether you’re interested in the full-time role across Maplewood and Chesterfield, fill-in coverage at either office, or both. A brief introduction and your availability are enough to start.
