Columbia Falls Eyecare, a locally owned and operated private practice in the beautiful Flathead Valley, seeks a full-time associate to join our amazing group of dynamic eye care professionals. We are moving into a brand new, state-of-the-art clinic in 2025 and are in need of another doctor of optometry to keep up with our bustling schedule. For over 70 years, Columbia Falls Eyecare has been the one and only local optometric practice in Columbia Falls, providing full-scope optometric care and fulfilling the visual and eye health needs of the greater northwest Montana region.
Whether you are a newly graduated OD, finishing up an optometric residency, or well into your career and ready for a change, the western Montana way of life may be just what you are looking for. On the doorstep of Glacier National Park with abundant lakes, rivers, and hiking trails, this location has it all. Abundant hunting and fishing opportunities await, as does skiing, boating, and camping expeditions.
We are proud to offer a flexible schedule, and a salary that grows with you as your patient base increases and the practice grows. Base $120,000 salary with 15% prorated production bonus based on your production. This position will be employment with the opportunity to buy-in to the clinic in the future. Our new associate will have an already-booked patient appointment schedule and a requirement to work four days per week: an easy, turnkey operation for one getting familiar with a new patient base. Professional licenses, matching SIMPLE IRA, all CE and CE travel costs, as well as professional liability insurance will be provided.
