Optometrist Full-Time | Las Vegas & Henderson, NV

Location

Multiple clinic locations across:

– Las Vegas

– Henderson


Schedule & Availability

Full-time position

Saturday and Sunday availability required

New graduates are welcome to apply.


Scope of Care

Full-scope optometry with approximately 40% medical eye care.

Services include:

– Comprehensive eye exams

– Medical eye care

– Family practice serving patients of all ages

– Dry eye management

Established clinical protocols help create an efficient workflow while allowing doctors to practice to the full extent of their training.


Technology

The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, including:

– OCT

– Optos California

– ERG

– Threshold Visual Fields

– Rabin Cone Contrast Test (CCT)

– Anterior Segment Camera

– Dry Eye Platform


Clinical Support

Dedicated clinical support allows doctors to focus on patient care—not administrative tasks.

On-site support includes:

– 4–8 technicians

– 4–8 opticians

– 1–2 laboratory personnel


Additional practice support:

– Centralized call center eliminates direct office calls and administrative distractions

– Staff focus exclusively on clinical care support

– In-house digital surface optical lab for enhanced quality and faster patient service


Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$165,000

Earning Potential:

Up to $190,000+

Bonus:

Monthly production-based bonus

Sign-On Bonus:

Available on a case-by-case basis

Ideal Candidate

Doctor of Optometry from an accredited institution

Active Nevada Optometry license or ability to obtain one

Personable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in an efficient, team-supported practice.
