About Our Practice
EyeCare About Vegas is a growing optometry practice seeking a new part time associate optometrist to join our team and grow with us in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Our eyecare center has been helping the community see clearly for more than 55 years. We are a family practice seeing multiple generations of patients and treat each of our patients with time, care, and concern. EyeCare About Vegas offers state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, as well as a well-trained staff. We specialize in the treatment of keratoconus and irregular corneas with specialty scleral, hybrid, RGP, and soft lenses as well as in the treatment of dry eye with procedures such as radiofrequency and intense pulse light (using the Envision system by InMode).

Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate, committed optometrist to join our team for 2-4 days per week initially, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Compensation to include daily rate based on experience with production-based bonuses. Benefits will be provided if working over 30 hours per week. For the right, motivated candidate, there is a pathway to partnership in our successful practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations
- Fit and manage specialty contact lenses (scleral, hybrid, and RGP lenses)
- Diagnose and treat dry eye disease utilizing advanced technologies (meibography, ant seg photos, RF, & IPL)
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with complex ocular conditions
- Collaborate with our experienced team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure (or eligible)
- Experience with specialty contact lens fitting preferred
- Knowledge of dry eye disease management and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in advanced optometric care and new technologies

Located on the border of Las Vegas and Henderson, NV, EyeCare About Vegas is less than 10 minutes from an international airport as well as the Las Vegas strip (home to endless options in dining & entertainment).
