About Our Practice We are a well established private practice serving Southern Nevada & Henderson. Our locations are high end and provide state of the art equipment, to provide our patients and Doctors with the tools necessary to administer technologically advanced eyecare, including optimal retinal imaging and corneal topography. Our team consists of a well trained support of managers, staff and associates, some of which have been with us for many years. This will allow you the ability to focus on your patients while our administrative staff focus on all record keeping, scheduling, billing, and staffing matters for you. The Vision Centers & our leaders welcome new ideas for our practice from all of our staff.
Doctor position We are looking to add and Optometrist to our team that is the right fit, someone to learn and embrace our well proven system which allows our patients the best in patient care and our Doctors the ability to thrive. Our Mission Statement is to "Help Our Patients See & Look Their Best" through exceptional eye care and selling them the best of products to do so. We want people who care and want to make a change in peoples lives all while having the ability to produce and promote growth so the team can thrive. We have developed long lasting patient relationships because our patients are happy with their eyecare and products received, they remain loyal and refer patients consistently. As the Optometrist You'll be
- Providing comprehensive eye exams with a focus on patient education and treatment
- Comfortable fitting RGP and scleral contract lenses along with managing other anterior segment conditions
- Using state-of-the-art equipment and technologies to treat various eye conditions and make a difference in patients lives
- Participate in staff meetings that celebrate wins and planning team goals for the near future
- Support our general marketing initiatives including community involvement only during business hours
- The motivation to contribute in practice growth initiatives as we are looking for candidates who want to grow with us
