About Our Practice
Littleton Eye Care Center is excited to welcome an energetic, compassionate optometrist to our dedicated and growing team. We are a well-established, full-scope private practice with three locations, known for our friendly, professional culture and strong clinical support. We are seeking an optometrist who is comfortable practicing full-scope optometry, while also supporting clinicians in tailoring their practice to their strengths, interests, and experience. Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities
We are searching for a talented optometrist to join our growing practice. You will use your clinical expertise and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality vision care to our patients. The ideal OD candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and is a lifelong learner who values staying current with advances in eye care and clinical best practices. Your regular duties will include:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams
- Diagnose and manage/treat ocular diseases
- Fitting contact lenses
- Prescribe corrective lenses
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients
- Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
- Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress
- Providing urgent/emegent office visits
- No weekends

Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- Valid state license to practice optometry
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
- Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
