 Optometrist (OD) – $650–$850 Per Day | $10,000 Signing Bonus | NJ & NY Locations

Join the team at The Eye Health Group as an Optometrist (OD) in our modern multi-location practice serving New Jersey and New York.

Our doctors practice full-scope optometry in modern offices equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and supported by experienced technicians and administrative staff. We focus on delivering efficient, high-quality patient care while allowing our doctors to practice at the top of their license.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced optometrists and new graduates looking for a supportive clinical environment with flexible scheduling options.

Compensation

Weekdays: $700 – $750 per day
Saturdays: $800 – $900 per day

Rates vary based on location and experience.

New Graduates eligible for a $10,000 Signing Bonus

Our doctors work with trained technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations
  • Diagnose and manage ocular disease
  • Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
  • Manage medical eye conditions and injuries
  • Co-manage surgical patients with ophthalmology partners
  • Educate patients on eye health and treatment options

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid New Jersey and/or New York optometry license
  • Strong clinical and patient communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and support teams
